| Basic Leadership Training Program | ||||||
| This program ranges in length from 3-6 days. It covers fundamental leadership skills including motivation, decision making, leading change, team building, conflict resolution, along with an assessment of economic, political, and social factors that shape the practice of leadership. | Scenario Planning: Mapping the Future of Leadership | ||||||
| The futures of leadership and leaders are at the heart of this program. Leaders representing different contexts including corporate, political, educational, non-profit, high tech and multinational organizations convene to develop their vision of the future. The scenarios developed in this program are intended to sensitize organizational leaders to indicators of change.
